Skogens rom Sauna - Award-winning sauna by the Telemark Canal

Our architect-designed sauna in Lunde opened on March 4, 2025. We are now delighted to welcome both locals and visitors to warm experiences in beautiful surroundings by the Telemark Canal.

Aufguss

Aufguss - sauna experiences guided by a sauna master

A couple of times each month, we host “aufguss” sessions at Skogens rom Sauna. A sauna master takes us on a journey of warmth, steam, scents, and music. We can also offer private aufguss experiences for groups upon request.

Where will you find the forest hideaway?

Our forest suites can eventually be found in an old forest belonging to the family farm Øvre Tveitan. The forest is located in Lunde in Telemark, in a beautiful cultural landscape and with access to the historic Telemark Canal. Telemark is known for its beautiful forests, rich cultural heritage, and rolling landscapes that change character with the seasons. Skogens Rom is located just 5 km from the center of Lunde.
